Office and Personal Assistant

As an Office and Personal Assistant at Sidekick, you will take on the administrative tasks, ensure the office environment is at its best at all times, and provide support for the team. You will also be taking on the personal assistant part for the manager. You are a self-starter and see opportunities in every challenge.

You will work in a dynamic and enthusiastic team in sunny Malta, and you will work close to and report to the HR manager and the CEO. You must be legally allowed to work in the EU.

We are a content and translation agency, with clients within the casino business, e-commerce sector and internet marketing business. We are an international company, where many different nationalities and cultures meet and work together to reach our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Petty Cash register
  • Facility maintenance, office safety, logistics, manage supplies and equipment on a day-to-day basis
  • Organise travel arrangements and team events
  • Ensure that the workplace is clean, inspiring and safe
  • Manage office purchases
  • Handling outgoing and incoming mail
  • Handling other administrative tasks as they arise
  • Managing meetings and appointments for the manager, including reminders of due dates and changes
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit

  • Have great organisation skills
  • Has excellent computer skills, including proficient skills in MS Office Excel
  • Is fluent in English
  • Wants to work at our head office in St Julians, Malta

Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not a requirement in order to be considered for the position.
